Just Drop In: Design Problems and Challenges

Stop by our hands-on building station and take on the Mini Shelter Challenge! Using simple materials like paper, foil, and craft sticks, kids will design and build a tiny shelter to protect an animal from wind and rain. Test your creation against a fan and a light water spray to see how well it holds up!

Pre-registration is recommended but not required.

Note: Program tickets are $7 per participating child and $10 per adult, which includes admission to the Museum’s exhibitions.
