Just Drop In: Foundations of Building

Drop in for a hands-on building adventure! Kids will explore what makes Lincoln Logs such a sturdy structure, looking closely at how their interlocking design adds strength and stability. Then, they’ll put their new engineering know-how to the test by creating their own mini log-style structures using special popsicle sticks.

Pre-registration is recommended but not required.

Note: Program tickets are $7 per participating child and $10 per adult, which includes admission to the Museum’s exhibitions.

Held on the first Sunday and fourth Saturday of every month from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., these workshops offer the perfect opportunity to engage in a variety of building and craft activities inspired by the world we design and build.
