October 24 @ 10:30 am - 11:00 am
Join the National Building Museum and co-author Dipesh Pabari for a special Building Reader’s Club storytime featuring his 2024 Children’s Africana Book Award winning picture book, Flipflopi. After the reading, attendees will have a chance to build their own creations using recyclable materials inspired by the book.
Storytime is FREE and packed full of reading, songs, and activities designed to promote language and literacy skills! Story themes vary weekly but relate to current exhibitions at the museum.
